Kajol Biography

Kajol was born on the producer-actress duo Shomu Mukherjee and Tanuja on August 5, 1975, Kajol grew up in an influential setting. Her father and uncles ruled in the arena of producing films and her mother, Tanuja, aunt and grandmother Shobhana Samarth nutans was established actresses par excellence.

She was probably the only star after Hema Malini, who could an entire movie on her shoulders to bear, the only actor in the recent crop to whom distributors and producers could bank on returns.

At the height of his career, in her usual carefree approach to making decisions in life, she decided the marriage knot and away from the camera for sometime. Not even once did the thought of the consequences marriage could mean that her career her torment. She was in love and wanted to marry. It was so simple.

Kajol is back and ready to leave her work. But she is sure of one thing. That its plans will be relaxed. Remember she treats films as a pastime, not a medium for money. That she certainly has enough.
